Contact

Email is the quickest route to the team: inbox@iscram2012.org. All three of us read that inbox, and messages are answered by whichever writer knows the topic best. The form below saves a step: it drafts the message inside your usual mail app, so nothing passes through or is stored by the site.

What to send us

  • Corrections. Tell us the article, the sentence and what you believe is wrong. If a game's rules, a betting term or a figure has been described inaccurately, we want to fix it.
  • Questions about something you read. If an explanation muddled things rather than clearing them up, that is useful feedback, and the answer often ends up improving the article.
  • Topic suggestions. A betting market you keep seeing but do not understand, a slot feature that puzzles you, a rule change in your region.
  • A note for one of us. Put Ione, Wenceslas or Ambrosine in the subject line and it will reach the right person.

What we cannot do

We are a small reading site, not a gambling operator or a regulator, so some requests are outside our reach:

  • We cannot resolve disputes with a casino, sportsbook or sweepstakes platform about payments, bonuses, redemptions or closed accounts. Those go to the operator first and then to the body that licenses it.
  • We do not give tips, predictions or betting systems, by email or anywhere else.
  • We do not recommend particular operators or tell readers where to play.
  • We cannot offer personal counselling. If gambling is causing you harm, our page on help if gambling stops being fun lists first steps and how to find free support near you.

Please leave out

Do not include passwords, card numbers, bank details or login information for any account. We will never ask you for them, and anyone claiming to write on our behalf who does is not us.

Reply times

Most messages get an answer inside a few working days. Corrections take a little longer when we need to check them against official rules or terms. We do not reply to promotional pitches or requests to place advertising.

Your address stays with us

We use your address only to answer you, and we do not add it to any list. The details are in our privacy policy.

The button hands this message to your own mail program; nothing is sent or kept by the site.
